1. How does it feel to be five? Fun!
2. What is the best part about being five? Opening and playing with all of my toys.
3. What makes mom laugh? When I do silly things like [he proceeds to dance around]
4. Where do you want to go? I still want to go to Florida.
5. What is the best animal? A tiger?
6. Do you like grocery shopping? Why or why not? Yes, because I get a free cookie in the bakery area.
7. What do you like to do the most? Play.
8. Would you rather brush your teeth with soap or sour milk? Sour milk.

2. What is the best part about John being five? I don't know. That he's older?
3. What makes mom laugh? Uh...when Johnny shoves his butt into her face.
4. Where do you want to go? Ummm...to...Montana [Grandma Candy was right next to her while answering!]
5. What is the best animal? A koala. No! I mean a unicorn.

Favorite player
We were very surprised to see one of our favorite Buffs' basketball players at the Regis game last weekend. He was there to watch a few of his buddies! We saw the whole Regis team at the Buffs' game the following evening.

Family hike
The day after "rock climbing" in Rocky Mountain National Park, John asked to do the same thing again. I suggested we take a hike and maybe find some rocks to scramble on so we went up to Evergreen for the afternoon. Several times throughout the afternoon John exclaimed, "This was such a good idea that I had!"
Way too sunny for a picture, so we turned the other direction...
And got a really blurry family picture. Dang it!

Rock climbing
We took a day trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park last week. Most of the group went back to the house for hot chocolate, but John wanted to stay outside to do some rock climbing!
