Zoë's birthday

Zoe invited us all over for her birthday party on Sunday. We went swimming and then had a lunch featuring mac and cheese, chicken fingers, chocolate milk and chocolate cake!

It was also Johnny's first time "swimming" but neither Mom or Dad had their camera handy. He sat on the steps of the pool with me for nearly two minutes!

4th of July

Mom got free tickets to the Rapids' game (soccer) on the 4th of July and then she got sick. So Dad and I went over there with Jeff, Jill, Zoe and Wren. John stayed home to take care of Mom.

So much excitement! It was my first time staying up super late (until 11:00 pm) and my first fireworks show. The fireworks after the game were very impressive and went on for about 20 or 25 minutes. After about 10 minutes of fireworks, I tapped Dad on the arm and asked for one of my books and then read quietly (in a fairly dark stadium) until it was time to go.

Bath time

Zoë and Wren came over for dinner last Sunday. Then we all went over to campus to get some exercise...
