Bonus post for today: Family trip to The Nutcracker last night! Like last year, we received free tickets through school.

John was captivated as the red curtain rose. He did a great job on Mom's lap. I was too tired and kept asking to go home to bed. I sat on Dad's lap and laid my head on his chest the whole time. We lasted until intermission just like last year. Maybe next year we'll actually see the whole thing!
